Big screen, 8 gig ram

Lack of windows7 drivers, cheap chassis will scratch and crack easily.If you like windows8 not a bad machine. I spent a whole weekend finding and installing win7 drivers and still have no sm bus driver that works

Refurbished" translates to "Pain in the TUKUS"... took 3 factory resets and disabling of certain background processes to actually get Windows 8 to update. This is my 4th machine running 8 and I've never had this issue... even on my NEW toshiba laptop...
