Review Toshiba Satellite T130-14T Notebook

Super Thin, Light and Mobile? "Even more mobile, more elegant and

Good battery life; Fairly feasible application performance; Elegant Slimline design; Interface variety incl. HDMI

Extremely smudge sensitive high-gloss surfaces; Intensely reflective display with average key data; Touchpad needy of getting used to; Max. opening angle only ca. 125 degrees; No integrated optical drive

There is a vast amount of similarly equipped 13.3 inch notebooks. For instance, Asus' UL30A, which has a considerably better battery life with a larger battery and bids somewhat better performance rates. Further models can be seen in "Similar Notebooks".

Toshiba Satellite T130 Notebook

Interested in a thin and light laptop that's not a netbook?

Battery life on the Satellite T130 is about average- we managed to get 4 hours out of it which seems to be quite a bit less than the 11 hour life that Toshiba advertises. Priced at AED 3,115/- (US$850), the Satellite T130 is decently priced for a thin...

Toshiba Satellite T130-12N review

Not the most exciting CULV laptop but offers portability and a great battery life

Fantastic battery life ; LED backlit screen ; Build quality ; Sleep and Charge technology

Not one for multi-tasking ; Integrated GPU

We think this is a laptop for those who need a decent amount of batter power but are not too worried over pure computing power

Toshiba Satellite T130-11H notebook

The Toshiba Satellite T130 presents a lightweight and highly portable notebook, packing more of a punch than a netbook, whilst not quite offering all the power that its bigger rivals offer. Supporting its remit as a portable machine, comes an...

Lightweight, battery life, build quality

Reflective keyboard, better use of the space could have been made, Fn shortcuts a little fiddly

Running Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) you’ll find a fair amount of bloatware included, with the Start menu littered with internet shortcuts you’ll probably want to delete as soon as it arrives. McAfee’s Security Center is in place as is a trial of...

Toshiba Satellite T130-13Q review

Being a 13.3in laptop the Toshiba Satellite T130-13Q is relatively slim, save for a large lump at the rear underside, which not only houses a rather capacious 61Wh battery, but also serves to tilt the keyboard into a more ergonomic position.

The Toshiba Satellite T130-13Q is a very nice-looking laptop. It's beautifully and solidly constructed, offers the same pixel resolution as its larger-screened competitors and delivers by far the best battery performance. Unfortunately, you'll have to...

Toshiba Satellite T130 Laptop

The Toshiba T130 aims to offer impressive design combined with good performance for those who are more interested in getting the job done than spending all their money purchasing a premium brand. The T130 tips the scales at just 1.7 kilograms, which...

Toshiba Satellite T130

A product from well-known Toshiba is the harbinger of the numerous reviews coming up here on Laptop-Review. The T130 series is designed to provide you with the battery life you desire, but at the same time give you the processing power you need for...

Design ; Materials ; Display ; Weight ; Battery life

Slightly weak hardware ; Colour of diodes ; A bit of glare in the display

Toshiba has made a radically different design, white and chequered as it is. This is very refreshing, and it is clear they want it to stand out.

Toshiba Pro T130 Notebook

Toshiba's Satellite Pro T130 range of notebooks are surprisingly attractive, highly portable, offer more power than your standard netbook and excellent for either the business-person or those on the move.

An all round good job by Toshiba has resulted in a nifty, portable notebook that impresses, particularly at the lower end of the range’s specifications. A classy design is teamed with solid functionality, excellent portability and long battery life...
