The Toshiba Satellite U205-S5057 is a petite laptop that provides cool features such as a built-in optical drive at an affordable price.

Basement price. Integrated optical drive. Bright screen. Ultralight material.

Meager battery life and no extended battery options. Could use another stick of RAM.

Lightweight yet sturdy; best-in-class performance; a comfy keyboard; a bright but not overly glossy screen; includes handy fingerprint reader.

Tiny touch pad; thicker than other laptops in its class; older model provides longer battery life.

With a Core 2 Duo processor, ample memory, and current Intel chipset, the Toshiba Satellite U205-S5044 is the most powerful 12-inch laptop we've come across. Here is a notebook that, for once, does not sacrifice performance for portability.

The Toshiba Satellite U205-S5022 is a solid laptop for practical consumers who aren't big on style but appreciate the finer things in an ultraportable.

Price tag is very appealing. You get dual-core components instead of low-voltage solutions. Integrated optical drive.

Not as stylish as the Portégé R200.

Its a good laptop, but get Win8 or 7.

 

So i got this laptop in 2007, and it performed quite well. i put it in storage for 2 years before pulling out and installing win8. speakers are great.the keyboard is small, but okay for my hands. windows vista was ok, but it was slow. Win8 is pretty...

Good Speaker, comfy keyboard, nice screen, pretty good graphics

Only one Hour battery, small trackpad, no bluetooth
