WinBook C220

The WinBook C220 won't win any awards for innovation or style, but it can handle basic office and home productivity tasks. If price is more important than performance and pizzazz, it's worth consideration.

Frontside FireWire port. Manageable weight.

Lacks multimedia features. Sluggish performance.

If you're looking for a notebook with more pizzazz and power, the C220 is not for you. If, however, you're looking for a general-purpose notebook that won't break the bank or your back, the C220 will fill the bill nicely.

Extremely affordable ; FireWire port ; Decent multitasker

Mediocre application performance ; Short battery runtime ; Weekday tech support
