This is a cheap cheap telephoto lens. For the $29 price it is outstanding - hence the 4 star rating. But you get what you pay for, and I found the distortion to be so bad that I'll never actually use it. It will make a $29 paperweight.

I ordered GoPro flat lens underwater fix. Fine. But the Red Lens is a joke. It's way too small for the lens and it floats around. Next time, sell me something that fits!

Maybe I got a dud. I didn't expect much for the price but all I can say is that the image quality from the one I received is terrible. Image is 10 times better if digital zoom is used! Live and learn.

Well made and with a carrying pouch there is just one problem, IT DOESN'T WORK! - with my APS-C sensor camera and 18-55 kit lens it makes a neglegable difference to the angle of view. A complete waste of time and money.

I have a JVC Everio and I bet this kit won't fit ...but I wouldn't know because the MM size is not listed ...how do you market conversion lenses without a MM size ...only if you are drag fishing for business ...

The lens hood is somewhat useful. It has 72mm threads, which is good for permanent mounting, but not great for quickly popping it on. I have it mounted on a Canon 18-200mm with a UV filter and at widest zoom there is definite vignetting in the corners...

Well, these snap-on lenses ARE cheap! The picture you get for the effort is completely disappointing. I just through the lens away. It wasn't worth sending back for a few bucks.

I agree with the previous posters in every respect. This is the most poorly designed thing I own, and I won't be keeping it if I can find a receipt for it. For the record, yes, the top comes right off, it's messy, and more trouble than it's worth.
