Canon EF 50mm USM

Excellent build quality and ergonomics. Consistently good image quality at this price point. Excellent value for money

Slightly soft at wide apertures but still good enough for most work.

Handy 50mm weightless prime that every photographer should have in there bag. The image quality mix sharpness and bokeh are hard to beat, even compared against the £1,000+ lenses. A very good buy!

Great image quality and bokeh....it compares well to the canon 85mm 1.2 "L" which I have used extensively. This is what prime lenses are about.

Not "L" quality but that red circle is mainly vanity in my experience. It will last longer than I do!

Amazing portrait lens, so much fun to snap detailed and portrait pictures. One of my fave lens so far !!

Superb in lower light conditions. Much much cheaper than the 1.2 lens.
