easy to pop on- gives me 800mm- much cheaper than other options such as another good long lens

In all but bright light hard to focus as has to be manual focus. Good image quality with my Canon lens.

Perfect companion to Canon's 70-200mm f2.8 IS USM L lens providing extra range when needed.
