Using for landscape, in tight indoor situations and for different perspective on subjects. Love the lens hood being no wider then the lens. My old wide angle had a bulky hood. This hood in effect adjusts to zoom with lens being closest to end at 8mm....

This lens is extremely sharp once i stop down to F8. The color is very good. Corner at F4.5 is a bit soft. Perfect for landscape and creative portraits.
