Light and easy to use, tested on the sony a65. Good value for money. Image quality good, except when cropping in a lot afterwards on the computer at 6M JEG, better at 24M JPEG. Marco surprisingly good.

Not really a bad point, but I have noticed a difference in the image quality when compared to the tamron SP 17-50mm, but not surprising considering the price difference.

Seems well built, great value for money. have got some great pictures from this lens.

Good price for a medium telephoto lens. Quite a bright image and a good spread of aperture values. Free filter include in the cost makes an extra saving.

None really - just not quite the brightness and crispness of a own make lens, but at this price one shouldn't complain. Does the job.

Light weight and easily stored when not in use.
