price, but when you consider the the pluses and how much your pictures quality improved you will swallow that bitter bit smoothly ;)

Really pleased over all with this. Great sharpness, colourful images, flare control good, build quality excellent!

I found it can be a bit inaccurate focussing in low light (a party/disco situation using a flash gun) and the zoom gets stiffer to turn as you hit 30mm, but neither a big problems. Bit heavy, but expected for such good build quality.

Large constant aperture, feels solid, excellent build quality and has very good Macro capability for such a wide zoom. Great for portraits at max zoom and aperture, does what it says on the box at an excellent price.

Bit big and heavy but that is consistent with a wide aperture zoom, you can't break the laws of physics, yet.

High quality digital lens for good price.
