The circular polarization filter rotates with substantial resistance making it hard to manipulate. Considering the price the kit is quite good even though I may never use the florescent filter.

Good filters for the cost.

I\'m a casual photographer and was looking for a UV filter mainly to protect my lens. This does the trick plus I get the two extra filters. A no brainer for me especially when I saw the price.
