In a word, fast service, well packaged and a great price. Not that a microwave plate is rocket science but it was less than half the price of a new one and shipped super fast. I would definitely recommend this supplier.

I had a broken vent that kept the microwave door from completely closing correctly, which would not allow it to turn on. This part fit perfectly and has fixed the problem. ( Kenmore Microwave, made by whirlpool)

I purchased this based off a recommendation from Consumer Reports and everything so far has worked very well. I have not yet tried the convection feature though.

This is our second Whirlpool Microwave (the first lasted eighteen years!!) and this is pretty much the same. Drop down door makes using so much easier and controls are simple to use.
