I am really happy with the way it cooks and the power level. It's easy to use with a good selection of functions. It is easy to clean. However it is really loud to close the door - it would be nice to have a softer and quieter closing function.

Being pig headed i ignored all the other reviews and bought this because i thought it looked good. Admittedly a bad criteria for a microwave. It does look ok, but feels poorly made. The controls are not easy to use and the grill is a waste of time.

Good microwave however after changing the fan from internal blower to exhaust it make very annoying sound when the fan is on. Have had it looked at and no one can seem to fix it.
