Purchased to replace a similar but rather expensive cooker/microwave (not Neff). We have been so impressed with its quality, features, operation and finish. We're more than delighted with it.

The microwave lens cover is not removable for cleaning (as old model was) therefore my suggested design modification was rejected out of hand. No more naff Neff

The touch button to switch on the microwave is completely random. Takes about 20 touches and a wipe with a cloth to get it to work.

I love the neff appliances they look fantastic cooks really fast as well [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I don't understand some of the comments below. We have no eco clean messages and we love the appliance. Brilliant.

Bought this product a month ago and am loving it, this is a replacement for my old neff combination microwave which I had for 14years.

i only wanted a built-in microwave but my kitchen supplier suggested this as I often use two ovens at the same time. It does everything from simply thawing food to automatically cooking a meal from its menu (I love the photos on this feature). Still...
