Its simple to use. As an elderly person, I did not want a "all singing dancing" microwave as I only use it to heat things up and not actually cook in it, so this fitted the bill.

I find the turntable does not like too big a pot. The turning seem to be a bit hesitant, but that is all.

If you only want a basic microwave, its great value for money

Quality issues, the previous, similiar model, mircowave only lasted 3 yrs . But we still purchase the same model as it fitted into the space available. We hope the build quality has improved !!!

Good basic microwave, easy to use and good value for money. Looks attractive and is just the right size for a small family.

The glass turntable sometimes moves out of place and needs placing back into position. Not difficult to do though.

Basic heating is very easy.

The auto cook/reheat/defost programmes are difficult to use

Seemingly good value until it broke down - in day one.

The main electrical component broke down on day one and its replacement also failed. We now have a different Panasonic which works fine.
