Terrible

 

Oven was useless. I spent weeks corresponding back and forth with Panasonic about all the problems I was having with the oven and they were most unhelpful. In the end I took the oven back to where I bought it from and they immediately replaced it...

Nothing works as it should. Each time you put the same sized cup of water or milk in the oven to make coffee etc it heats at a different rate which means you never know how long it's going to take to heat the water or milk to the temperature you like...

Waste of time; the Inverter is a gimmick, the reliability of a brand such as Panasonic should be much better, had a Sharp before, about to go back to Sharp.

Large, has a child lock.

After two years the light has blown, the auto-cook function stops working half way through cooking (the clock counts down but the microwave doesn't come on), it has it's own ideas about power - the first item takes 30 seconds, the second item takes 1...

Terrible

 

Don't buy a panasonic lemon, you don't want to have to deal with the pain of an unreliable unit and poor customer service, best you stick with a Sharp microwave. I will go back to Sharp, don't know what possessed me to switch to Panasonic.

Inside of the unit is quite large, inverter technology supposed to cook more evenly, but I can't tell that from my old one which doesnt inverter.

We had owned the microwave for 3 months when we experienced an arcing fault between the inside of the door and the oven lining. Panasonic Customer Service was terrible and their relationship with their repairers is hopeless. We had long delays (3...
