Ease of use, especially the digital timer.

Build up of steam when cooking; this was why I gave a low rating to features - needs sorting. Had no such problem with my previous microwaves.

Like the retro look

Small size.

Seems to be of poor quality. Flimsy construction. Cut my hand on the plastic insert on the door as I was taking a plate out of the microwave. Now have a mark on my hand thanks to this microwave.

I just wanted a straight forward microwave, no fancy programmes/weighing etc. That's not what I ended up with. That will teach me to buy off the internet!

It goes with decor in my kitchen

The inside produces too much condensation compared to previous ones we have had.

I much prefer the knobs and buttons controls to the digital controls of my previous, and more expensive microwaves

It would be better if the timer allowed 5 min increments as well, instead of 10 min increments

Small and stylish microwave that doesn't have complicated settings that you don't understand! Couldn't be simpler to use.

A bit expensive, assume paying for the brand.

It looks OK and it works fine

The fact I had to buy one as the previous swan went rusty but I have the matching kettle etc so felt compelled to buy another
