It is large, has the oven shelf I have always wanted. It's easy to clean and very easy to use. I like the extras that came with it, I also love the drop down door, All in all, it's brilliant.

Complicated to use and difficult to understand what provided utensils can be used for what purpose.

Easy to use. I have been without a kitchen for 9 weeks and this microwave has been a brilliant substitute for my oven. The drop down door is very useful when space is tight.
