love the design, love the steam function,perfect for what i need to use it for which is steaming veg and reheating...

The sixth sense touch control is just a little bit fiddly but you do kind of get used to it, i haven't yet used all the functions on it yet.

You cannot turn off part of the sounds, so it 'tinkles' annoyingly when you try to use it. The product I received had to be returned as the door did not shut.

Not lot of room

This microwave does everything that a large microwave can do (and more!) without taking up half the kitchen. It is simple to use and looks great. I bought it for the microwave function, but the 6th sense steamer is an added bonus which I've used daily.
