The threads are so spare; it keeps popping off when I try to screw it on with the blade and washer in place. It screws on great without them, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the blender. The price was cheap and that's what it is.

What can I say about Kenwood. Good solid blender that mixes and crushes ice. Glass cup is nicely ridged texture touch. Solid bit of equipment. Good price. Lovely cottage cream color.

I used this in my brand new oven. Never got above 400 degree. Bad smell, burnt spot in the oven. I've had a rubbery type of silicone mat before and it worked great for years. Don't buy this one.

I have had the Wine Cellar for 2.5 years and the fan went out in the back. Easily replaced if you are mechanically inclined. Overall Great Unit and would recommend to anyone!

Meat gets jammed between the blade and the side, throwing the whole thing off balance, and the bowl cracked within 2 months. Even with an intact bowl, you can't get anywhere near "14 cups" in this thing without it leaking out the center.
