The ideal kitchen aid when the large scale mixer is just that, too large to use for a particular job. It beats up a beautifully light sponge, delivers whipped cream in seconds, is light and easy to use. A really good buy.

Easy-to-use and very efficient. Mix cakes batter etc in minutes. Would definitely recommend this mixer. I have problems with my hands but it is light and easy to hold. Wish I'd bought it sooner.
