Motor part has just blown fuse. Seems that it would cost me more to replace just the motor part than it would to buy a new one complete with attachments. Going to revert back to my previous blender from Philips.

As a Which customer I usually do check test reports on items before purchasing and evaluate the pros and cons on each item. I don't necessary always get the best buy as a lot depends on what you are buying the item for, however the reports always help...

Similar to those quoted; big fan and works impressively well until it fails. Ours will no longer allow the attachments to connect. Very odd but have seen others cite this problem. Seems impossible to replace just the power unit which might help.
