beaters were peeling out of the box. even after buying a year ago sunbeam sent me out a new set. thanks. i love this mixer and use it for cookies all the time. it holds up well and came with a bowl.

we liked the powerful motor so i bought a replacement backup mixer when it was on sale.

spins a bit too fast on low setting. we finally wore out the original one and the new mixer beaters have peeling chrome on them. this makes me question all sumbeam products in the future. and of course its too late for a replacement even though it has...

Felt and looked sturdy, like it would last.

Stopped working after about a dozen uses. Very disappointed in a Sunbeam product. Cannot recommend this item. Hoping Sunbeam honors the warranty.

The best little hand mixer you can buy. It has lots of power for its size and lots of accessories are included.

Storage, power, ease of use. The mixer has 6 speeds and a boost feature - which actually does make the mixer opperate at a faster speed than the "6" setting. Feels sturdier than my previous mixer.

Very fast. Whips food into shape in no time. Everything's dishwasher safe ('cept for the machine, of course).

Mixing blades scratched up the inside of the bowl. But, hey, what do you expect from metal to metal contact?
