I got this product because the demonstration at Costco was so impressive. I do really like that you can make ready to eat soups just by throwing stuff into a blender. It also purees very effectively. This is overall a very nice machine-but it's so hard...

I have used these at several of the business I've worked for. At my coffeeshop, we made smoothies and frappes in no time without lots of chunks. In the kitchen I work in now, we make pesto, soups, and sauces with no problems. I love Vitamix blenders!!!
