I had it side by side to an older monitor on my desk set up and the AOC e24255WD was much brighter and sharper image.

For the price this product is worth every penny!! The only draw back is the base does not tilt or swivel.

For my purposes, this works as well as any of the higher priced monitors - so why pay more. I wanted a new and not a refurbished monitor. The quality is good and the price which included free shipping, was right.
