ASUS PQ321Q UltraHD Monitor Review: Living with a 31.5-inch 4K Desktop Display

Many consider me to be a 4K hater. The past few trade shows I've attended have been pushing it on consumers to replace their TVs, but I see less value in it. When it comes to a computer display, it is a different game. Unlike a 50” TV, we sit close to...

ASUS PQ321Q 31.5-Inch 4K Monitor Review: Optimum Quality and Size

The Asus PQ321Q is a top of the line 4K display monitor that, although not cheap, will absolutely deliver the results when it comes to your UHD computer rendering needs. This minimalist, elegant screen gives you an enormous (for a PC screen) 32 inch...

Superb 4K/UHD picture quality ; Excellent rendering of regular HD content ; Complete HDMI and Display connectivity ; IGZO screen display technology improves power usage ; Good screen size ; Picture-by Picture split screen mode ; Excellent color...

It ways may too much ; Some of the visual specs are only average ; The price is a bit high

The Asus Q321Q is on the whole an excellent 4K display monitor for gamers and professionals who really need to use some heavy duty image rendering power and picture clarity. However, if you want to save some money, there are other 4K screen...

Asus PQ321Q 4K Monitor Review: Top-Shelf Ultra HD For $3500

We recently got our hands on Asus' highest-end Ultra HD-capable screen. The PQ321Q offers a native resolution of 3840x2160; and those 8.3 million pixels don't come cheap. Our real-world and lab testing will tell you if this 4K display is worth $3500.

ASUS PQ321Q 31.5-in 4K 60 Hz Tiled Monitor Review

Talk to most PC enthusiasts today, be they gamers or developers, and ask them what technology they are most interested in for the next year or so and you will most likely hear about 4K somewhere in the discussion. While the world of consumer...

While we are far from ready to post a full review of the display and have lots of more game testing to get to, we did host a live stream for the unboxing and initial testing of the PQ321Q that I think is worth sharing.

Asus PQ321QE 4K monitor review

The 4K future is here, but it'll cost you

Excellent image quality ; 4K resolution is astounding ; Good viewing angles and black levels ; No hint of IPS glow

Too expensive ; Some driver/connection issues

This screen is the standard by which others will be judged. OK, hardly anyone will buy it and the price is hard to justify, but for the time being, this monitor is as good as it gets. Well, until someone cooks up a lovely 4K 120Hz panel that is…

Review: Asus PQ321QE

If you're in the market for an affordable monitor upgrade, the Asus PQ321QE definitely isn't it – this is the first “consumer” 4K monitor to hit the market. With a hulking 31.5in panel, the PQ321QE packs as many pixels as four Full HD screens strapped...

Undoubtedly cutting edge, but just not worth the high price.

Asus PQ321QE review - a great purchase for those editing 4K video or needing as much detail as possible.

When you need to see every pixel in a project, it's time for a 4k monitor

Fantastic resolution delivers incredible detail, excellent colour accuracy, puts out a large amount of light, good contrast, stand swivels, monitor tilts, 10-bit colour, great for video

Expensive, requires high end graphics to produce 60Hz mode, only a single DisplayPort interface, large bevel, slowish 8ms gtg response time, very heavy, colour gamut is some way off sRGB

Amazing detail on the screen makes it ideal for all manner of applications where you need detail rather than speed. A fast AMD or nVIDIA graphics card is required to get the 60Hz refresh rate so this is best suited to Mac Pro users. The quality of the...

Broken product with no support from Asus at all

This is the WORST monitor I've ever bought. I don't even know where to begin with the number of problems this thing has given me. 1. First one I got was DOA. Had to replace it. 2. Second one (currently using) has multiple dead pixels and bright pixels....

4K looks beautiful

Screen goes black ; Light bleed ; Resolution upscaling support nearly non-existent ; Dead pixels ; Bright pixels ; Sometimes has to power cycle to get it to display a picture ; Customer service dept is rude ; Warranty dept is useless
