Not a bad TV. Took quite a while to get the picture adjusted. I'm an Electrical Engineer and a professional photographer so I'm pretty particular, even with an entry level set like this.

Picture did not show actual product shipped. Item sent to wrong location, but shipper did correct problem promptly. Because this was the wrong item; we could not use it, so disappointing after waiting sooo long.

Washed out over-bright picture with the ''brightness'' setting at minimum. Actual screen is exactly 20'', but the dimensions make it seem smaller than my 17''. Maybe because the controls are in the base. This unit was not properly reset during refurb....
