Very solid build, looks great, great picture. Not a lot not to like to be honest.

buttons for menus aren't great but they are useable enough. Speakers are as awful as on any other monitor but I'm guessing if you are buying a 27" 2.5k monitor you aaint buying it to use the speakers :D

Very sharp text and good colour for pictures. High resolution IPS panel at a very good price.

Menu to adjust display settings is fiddly. Display doesn't wake-up properly so I have to change setting to get a useable screen. Gloss screen needs care with placement to avoid reflections.

Well made, like the glass screen which just like the old CRT monitors is easier to keep clean. Colours are sharper and more vivid, again because of glass screen. Good solid monitor that looks great, you would think that it was twice the actual price...

Fantastic image quality

Slightly reflective surface. I don't notice it while using it though.

Amazing picture and colour representation. Great for gaming, no noticable lag, great for consoles too. Buy it!

The HannsG HQ 271 HPG 27" 2K WQHD IPS Monitor was the cheapest QHD (2560x1440) monitor I could find. To be honest, for less than £200 I wasn't expecting much but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. When I took it out of the box the monitor is...

Now Negatives for the HQ271.. Even though I love this monitor it does have its faults and you have to realise that in order to get a UHD/1440p panel for less than £200 there are going to be trade offs. The biggest problem for me is the built in user...

Great quality display for very cheap: 1440p - Yes please 27" - Yes please IPS - Yes please All for a very cheap price of less than £200! Gloss screen produces very crisp and clear visuals. I was very skeptical of this monitor due to reviews and low...

Lots of glare off the glossy screen when black - But quality is so much better on the gloss so I just use it in a shaded environment and honestly just do not notice glare when playing games due to brightness and colour intensity of display. At first I...

Amazing picture quality. Good value for money. No dead pixels on the 2 that I bought.

No VESA mount. No anti glare coating so if you have a bright light source it will reflect in the screen. 2560X1440 only though DVI and no DVI cable provided.

Good resolution for the size and price. Easy to set up once I had the correct cable. Full resolution didn't work on HDMI from my graphics card but did work using a dual link DVI cable. Note to others: if you can't get full resolution it's your graphics...

Only comes with a D-Sub cable. Should be packaged with a dual link DVI cable.
