Very bright out of box, tap, tap, tap on brightness controls and done, looks great.

The included stands are very nice, but I wanted the extra desk space. Mounted two of these to a cheap monitor mount (N82E16824994177). I'm glad they moved the HP logo from the upper bezel (as on the ZR2440w) to the lower bezel.

Use it for work. The screen isn't glossy which is ideal for working long hours. The stand is adjustable which is worth every penny. A great investment for professionals.

This is the highest quality LCD display that I've owned. I use it with a Mac mini (2011), using its HDMI port converted to DVI. It comes with a DVI cable, and another cable that I believe is DisplayPort. Everything works great "plug and play."
