Very capable machine at the price paid. Looks nice too. Not had any trouble with Vista either.

Keyboard and mouse quality a little poor.

Nice appearance. Windows Vista.

Monitor creates serious amounts of static and consequently, it is always covered in a thick layer of dust. It could do with more USB ports.

Monitor size and quality of image on screen, computer specification (ram, memory, processor speed etc)

Keyboard is chunky and not very responsive, bit like a typewriter! mouse is horrible, rollerball undernearth, again not very responsive and feels uncomfortable to work with - poor ergonomics!

a nice quiet fan runs in the background, CD's quick to copy to windows media, good for watching dvd's and playing games

sometimes problems with internet connection but usually easy to fix and one faulty pixel on screen. monitor doesn't shut down automatically when you turn off pc like the last one I had.

Never having set up a pc myself before I found it a fairly straightforward operation(with a little help).The monitor is lovely and clear and overall I am delighted with it.

image is great for the size of monitor. the step by step instruction fast sheet is great as it locates all connections using diagrams and colour coding.

some of the software tries to over ride each other while your doing something else

The home computer has everything a typical family would require from a PC. It has a quick speed and the Packard Bell 'help' and information functions make this PC very easy to set up and use.
