I had previously bought a smart television and it came with a free usb or dongle whereas I have to purchase one .Come on , Samsung it is a smart television why should I have to buy a usb separately .That is why for the overall rating ,they got an 8...

The Smart functions

I wasn't aware it wasn't WIFI enabled until it arrived and it took over a week to get a dongle. Some of the Smart services don't work if you are using Cable tv. The picture makes everything at the bottom of the screen bigger.

I was not informed that it would only connect to the internet via an ether net cable. It can only be connected wirelessly with a £30 adapter . No main on/off switch so set must be switched off at the wall socket which is not convenient .
