ViewSonic VA2702w Black 27" 1920x1080 3ms Full HD WideScreen LCD Monitor300 cd/m2 DC 60,000:1 (1,200:1)

when I play FSX on 1080 the screen goes into 'out of range' and i have to turn it off, and back on again ...? no eggs deducted

good picture quality, and finally a screen with a menu who's navigation doesn't make me want to shoot myself

Does not tilt ; Can't change height ; no HDMI input ; color transition seems ... off, i'm using it with a 24 inch HD display and compared this one just doesn't really display colors as nice as it could ; I deducted one egg for that because even with...

Good cheap monitor.

Bought to replace an older Acer 22" screen that failed a couple weeks back, figured if I was going to buy a new monitor I might as well get something bigger. I was a bit worried that my mount (a dual screen pole mount from another vendor) would have...

Nice no-frills 27" screen. Great color and decent settings out of the box, bright, no ghosting in games, crystal clear. Not a whole lot heavier than the 22" monitor it replaced ; Has VESA 100 mounting holes with a standard screw size - was able to...

Not really a big con, but the buttons are tucked under the screen and their labels aren't exactly visible in dim conditions ; Minus an egg for light bleed. The backlight bleeds into the picture, especially on the lower edge of the screen. It's very...

Beautifully Big

I haven't used it much personally, so I don't feel right giving it a full 5. It's very impressive, though.

It's big. Looks very nice. My brother got one for his office 6 months ago, he just bought another one for home. (23" is now too small) ; The price is very attractive

None that I know

Stuck green pixel

Large screen, great picture, very sturdy

1 stuck on pixel, green. which isn't bad but it's in the middle of the screen, unfortunatly it isn't covered by viewsonic unless it is at least 3 bright stuck pixels

Really like this monitor

Wanted a large monitor and have always loved Viewsonic. If you are thinking about getting a 27" monitor and have been looking at this one, go for it! This monitor is highly recommended and looks great for web surfing or fast pace games. It doesn't...

Great price, great picture, great colors, no dead pixels and HUGE ; Also, thank you Newegg for the fast and free shipping

Excellent Value

Gee, I hope you're having a nice day. :)

I've owned two for 6 months: one for home to game and play movies. One for work hooked up to a MacPro for Illustrator, Photoshop, the whole Adobe suite. It just works. Elegant design. No dead pixels. Still a champ. Fiddle with the OSD and use video...

Absolutely Nada,Zip, Zero. Buy this (slang offensive term that means 'highest value')

I bought 2 of these and have been very happy with them. Would highly recommend.

No stuck pixels. No ghosting while gaming. Very bright

Menu buttons are not intuitive at all

Great monitor

Love it, and have already recommended it to my family members.

I was using a Sony 32" TV for a monitor, and wanted a higher resolution ay a good price - enter the VA2702W. Good crisp, clean picture at 1920*1080. Absolutely no problems installing. Looks clean, and functions flawlessly. Great upgrade if you are...

Not a lot of fancy bells and whistles. Just a goof, functional monitor

Only One Negative

Viewsonic was willing to take this monitor back for the hum, but it turns out that my final settings (contr 80, brightness 48) did not cause it to hum, so I kept it (since I got one with no defective pixels). Don't use that dynamic picture setting...

Super vivid, sharp text, and saturated if you take the time to adjust it with calibration screens. No dead or stuck pixels. Not paying for tiny speakers you won't use, which combined with the piano black finish gives it a clean/elegant look. Fit and...

One thing- if you turn the brightness too high, the monitor has a hum or whistle which you will notice if you run a PC optimized for quiet operation

Excellent bang for buck!!

I don't know what other people's malfunction is with this monitor, but I just plugged it in, ran through the OSD menus really quick, adjusting everything to my preferences, and it's working/looking amazing!

Big screen, very immersive ; Low response time for crystal clear gaming & HD video ; Great color reproduction ; Under $300

Really hard to complain, for the price
