The best mouse I've ever used!

 

I highly recommend this for anyone with a disability AND for those who don't have any and want to keep it that way.

I have fibromyalgia along with tendonitis that affects both my hands. I've owned one of these for my office computer for the past several months and came to see if Dell's prices were any better than on the sites that specialize in items to accommodate...

The only thing I can think of is that it does have a somewhat large footprint, so it takes up more room than the standard trackball. Other than that, there are no cons I can think of
