Digital notepad helps translate written pages

Working in the office can have you doing double work. Instead of just writing your information down on paper or having to reinput all that information into your computer. To help in the transfer of your handwritten data to its digital form, Adesso...

ADESSO CyberPad 8.5'' x 11'' Active Area USB Digital Notepad & Graphics Tablet

It looks good thats about it

Following the instructions to align the tablet ended with the tablet taking all input at a 45 degree angle and would not align properly

Ok if you have time to play

The price was ok, just didn't get the true function I needed it for.

Bought the device to use with predefined form paper. Install was ok and as a tablet for "drawing" not bad. However, I'm no artist. Number of optional items included

Never could get paper to algin with forms used (orginal intent). Included s/w was ok and required some "playtime" to figure it out

Can't buy it - not 64bit drivers

Get 64 bit windows 7 drivers and I'll buy it right away.

All reviews and info shows it as great tool. OCR optional... oh well but

No 64bit support in the middle of 2010? Unacceptable. Check their website

pretty good digital notepad

i bought this to take notes on in class, and it worked fairly well. It's nice that you don't have to use special paper to make this tablet work. I haven't used it in months, but I think it's due to the fact that I don't take many notes (and i graduated...

works as advertised. allows you to take note which are then imported into Evernote software. Also allows you to use it like a Wacom board, using the pen as a mouse. With fixed or relative movement on the pad, it can be very useful for a graphics person...

The tablet is a little on the thick side and slightly heavy, I always had it in my laptop bag, so wasn't too noticeable, but if you are a person with a lot of stuff in your bag, you may notice an increase in weight. The Evernote software needs some...

meh

digital pen? why? the one it comes with doesn't 'do' anything ... I can't help but think this pad should be pressure sensitive and do away with the need for another device (pen)

it does what it says ; nice case ; adesso customer service has been nice to deal with in the past

I really bought this to compile class notes, but it ended up a cumbersome extra step .. it just wasn't as slick as I had hoped .. and 4 cds of software was just kind of .. well.. I refuse to put that much garbage on my computer for one device

Ok for computer but not for paper

I'm a manufacturing engineer, and bought this to use on the floor and during meetings to capture text notes, diagrams, sketches when I cannot use a computer. After filling up six or seven notebooks with chronologically organized notes, I wanted a...

When used with digital stylus as input device, accuracy and functionality are good. Can be used as paper capture, although functional OCR software would GREATLY help this device.

The quality of the pen is miserable when writing on paper. Skips continuously, no matter how often you change the nib, especially in a dusty environment. No OCR software with it (have to buy separate, and doesn't integrate with Microsoft OCR/Office...

Good tablet

Nice case. Comes with paper. 1 month of use saw battery in the pen die (alkaline by default). Stuck a rechargeable in there. Another two have gone by, I just recharge the battery every once in a while. Packaging with Myscript Notes or something...

Bought this off newegg (hooray) and the actual tablet pen off the company website (boo!) ; The tablet pen makes this a much more functional product by adding two buttons ; I had carpal tunnel from the mouse at work and my bad ergonomics. This is well...

Doesn't come with digital tablet pen ; Software for the most part is cr@ppy. Functionality is split up among 4 programs that should all be one. Seem to be mostly for show ; Not nearly as sensitive as a mouse, but works pretty well in absolute mode ;...
