Mad Catz Cyborg M.M.O. 7 Gaming Mouse

The Mad Catz Cyborg M.M.O. 7 gaming mouse has tons of buttons and programmable features, but they tend to get in the way of each other.

Tons of buttons. Lots of programmable features. ActionLock feature can be useful in games.

Expensive for a wired mouse. Buttons feel randomly placed compared to number pads or basic thumb button clusters. Easy to accidentally hit ActionLock when clicking.

Mad Catz Cyborg M.M.O. 7 review

The ultimate massively multiplayer gaming mouse?

Hugely customisable ; Comfortable ; Lots of buttons ; Good software support ; Brilliant for gaming

Expensive ; Design won't be to everyone's tastes ; MMO orientated

This is a mouse that might not be for everyone, but thanks to its responsiveness, build quality and sheer amount of customisation options, it is one of the best mice for gaming we've tested. The Cyborg brand is back on track.

Mad Catz: Cyborg M.M.O. 7 Gaming Mouse review

Is this the gaming mouse MMO fans have been waiting for?. If you're seriously into massively multiplayer online...

78 button combinations and the Action Lock ability

You can bump some controls accidentally

It looks cool, it has zillions of programmable possibilities, can be adjusted to fit the size of your hand, has an extremely welcome Action Lock system plus excellent software and MMO presets - so what are you waiting for?

Lots of options, all of which are uncomfortable

This has been a backup mouse for the majority of the time I've had it. During the short times when I would play Torchlight II, it was very useful.

Let me preface this by saying that I am not an MMO gamer. I don't play WoW or Diablo or anything, I play Counter-Strike. If you play a game where you need to bind lots of different things to all the buttons, this is probably as good as it gets. The...

The mouse, no matter what thumb rest, pinky rest or palm rest you use, will always be uncomfortable. It is not a mouse to use for over 2 hours because your hand will ache. It is, at times, unbearably heavy. Using it for a first-person shooter would be...

The Old Guy

I've had this mouse for over three years. It is an excellent mouse. I really like using it for my gaming hobby. If you stay on top of software updates you will not have a problem with it. It has increased attack speeds by 20% to 50%. I would/have...

This is a high end tool, not a hammer, it takes some getting use to. I've been into computers since the mid 80's. I build my own computers. If you think your mouse will last forever, you are sadly mistaken. If they get more of these in I will get a new...

Cyborg CCB437130002/04/1

Lots of buttons, ergonomic design quite easy to use software for programming. The software allows this mouse to do much more than i expected

Would not recommend buying though. Had problems with cursor only moving horizontally. Having issues with mouse double clicking. Overall bad mouse that should work flawlessly and seeing other people run into the same problems. Quite disappointing but...

Please save your money for a mouse from a reputable company.

I wasn't immediately disappointed with this mouse. It looked unique and I had fun playing with the physical changes to make it my own. The longevity of this mouse, however, is what makes the purchase of this mouse a mistake I will never make again....

The mouse was great when it worked. All of the buttons could be customized to my liking for M.M.O's and other games that required more than a keyboard could offer. Customization on the physical side of the mouse was adequate

The left click, just as many other reviewers have stated, started unintentionally double clicking after 8 months of use. The physical customization of the mouse seems more like a gimmick rather than an integral, or even useful part of the mouses...

Hit and miss.

I love the product, however I will be going with a different make due to the history of durability I've had with the product. It's a hit or miss kind of thing, seemingly with a lot more misses. I know a few other people suffering the same history with...

It's a very comfortable mouse and the button layouts are great, the adjustment wonderful and the DPI is more than enough for just about anything

Cheap parts/Cheaply made. This is my second product of theirs. This one has lasted me about 8 months now and two buttons are failing on me. The other one was a RAT7 that lasted me a couple years(So that one I'm not really complaining about)

The product itself is of a very good quality

The product itself is of a very good quality. A surprise these days. It is the first mouse ever that I've purchased that has metal as it's backbone, part that everything else attaches to. The ability to customize this puppy to your hand is not as great...

Great mouse

Over all I love the mouse it was worth the money, how ever them cutting cost and changing to parts box from metal to card board up set me some. I give it an 6 out of 10 . Do the fact I do not have a cool case to show off or the Weight Storage Container.

It a great mouse for your gamer and MMOer. If you know how to make macros this mouse program make it easier. I love all the modes it has for is buttons. Every button it programmable but 2 ( the one to change modes and the one by the pinky finger, your...

You have to get the program for the mouse from the Madcatz page,it is not a total bad thing, you will away get the late's up to dated drives and program for the mouse but you still have to download it, so it gets a half a ding for that. The main thing...
