Item did not perfrom from day one.

Item did not work correcty from day one.Would not work on a mouse pad.Cursor would start and stop on it\'s own. Very erradtic.Tech Support said to try it on newspaper.Worked a little better, but would still hang up.Had to return to Vendor.
