I like the size.. it fits squarely in the hand and with the pain I get from my arthritis it helps greatly. I can keep my hand open wider which lets me use it longer than the smaller ones. Great item.

Size of mouse is pretty huge. I'm an average-sized guy, and the mouse felt too big for my hands. Does not feel very well-made either. Unless you just want a really cheap mouse, I would probably go with another option.
