When it's on, it does what a mouse is supposed to do. Has a nice finish. Feels like a quality product. Connected to my computer effortlessly.

The mouse is constantly shutting itself off if left untouched for more than just a few seconds. I can understand going into a sleep mode when not in use to save battery, but this thing will often go to sleep or shut off if left idle for less than a...

Not Good

 

good reaction time and easy to connect

Mouse suddenly stops working randomly while using it. This model is no longer sold or support. It have compatibily and stability issue more particulary with new pc. Do NOT Buy this product.

Nice Mouse

 

This is a very good bluetooth mouse. I would recommend.

Great feel and performace. I really like the windows button on the top. Looks great and is very portable. Good battery life

It does cut out every now and then. I have to turn it off and back on to resync. This could be a problem with my laptop bluetooth however.

Freezes - Must be hard reset often.

The Logitech - 557 mouse was easy to configure and it works as you would expect. The Bluetooth feature has a perfect operating record in the 3 + weeks I have been using the device.

Haven't had a chance to contact Logitech tech support yet. If it's an easy fix, I would recommend this product to others, otherwise, I'd recommend finding something else.

I bought this mouse around 4:30pm on 27 April 2015. Got it home, started using it, and was impressed with how it worked. What I liked most was the weight of it and how nicely it felt when using it. About 15 minutes in, it stopped working completely....

easy to connect, responsive, better than average build quality outside, scrolls nicely, shiny.

Drops connection within 9 minutes, can't simply refresh connection, must disconnect, then reconnect to computer.
