The Logitech M305 is a great wireless mouse with no glaring issues or defects that should keep you from picking one up. Just remember that it is small and doesn't have side buttons like mice you might have used before, it has tilt wheel buttons!

Works like a champ

 

Smaller mice like these don't take up the whole hand, so they don't leave your hands as sweaty. These are good for general use, while I prefer a larger mouse for control while gaming.
