Just too different for me. I gave this mouse a month of 8 hrs a day use before writing this review and it still feels strange to me. Not sure if I'll ever love the mouse ergonomics

Very comfortable mouse to use. Smooth and accurate. My hand does not hurt regardless of the amount of time I sit using it

I tend to push the left side button accidentally. Had to disable it. That could be a personal problem and might not be a con for you
