A Wireless Mobile Mouse : Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 1000

You would have thought that notebook users would be satisfies with the device's touchpad rather than spend extra on a mouse but often this is not the case.

The mouse fits comfortably in the hand. Movement is smooth and accurate within its 1000 dpi range. This mouse will operate without any problems on both the Windows and Mac platforms. You will need to be running Windows XP and later or Mac OSX 10.4 and...

Need 2 categories for small and large mice.

Why can't there be a category for "mobile" mice and another for "full size" mice? I'm a man looking for a man-sized mouse, not a dinky, bitty thing

Works very well

too small

More difficult to use than standard mouse

I rated this low because the little swipe pad that takes the place of a wheel was difficult to use. Knowing how much pressure to put on it and judging the distance of a swipe was a challenge for me.

Mmm Mmm Good!

This is almost the perfect mouse for me, simple and straight forward. Works extremely well, tracking is smooth and buttons feel crisp. Only drawback is that it is just a bit smaller than the Microsoft 6000 that it replaced, but I think I can deal with...

Pretty Lame

I expected much more in a touch mouse than this delivers. Very unresponsive unless you catch it just right (pressure point and motion). Highly do not recommend.

stylish but inefficient

this mouse has three draw backs for me:1) the touch pad like mechanism that simulates a scroll wheel is not nearly as effective as a scroll wheel.2) right and left button clicking is awkward because my fingers tend to slide sideways on the smooth hard...

Broke after a couple months of use

Really? 10 month battery Life?

Good mouse. Very Portable. Small USB receiver

The mouse broke after a couple months. the optical sensor would randomly stop working and it felt like the battery dropped out at times but when i put it back in the mouse still stayed dead. New battery too

Few issues

Newegg claims it uses 1x AA but there is space inside for 2x AAs. It actually works with either battery installed, weird.

Works, no disconnects

Doesn't track well on carpet that my logitech MX518 had no trouble with. Not always terribly smooth even when a mousepad is used

Microsoft B2P-00011 4 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB Wireless Optical 1000 dpi Mouse

Good for laptop use

Button 4 doesn't go back in browsers (I always use that button to go back in browsers on my other mouses)
