Support was ultimately unhelpful. This was very frustrating considering this mouse costs more than 100 dollars, and fails very quickly. This will most likely be the last razer product I buy.

I have owned two razer mambas, one normal and one 2012 version. The tracking is amazing when it works, and the comfort in a larger hand is unmatched. When it was working, this is my favorite mouse of all time
