Reliable for 1.5 years so far

 

I've been using this mouse for about a year and a half, and while I do think it is a favorable choice overall, there are several improvements that could be made to enhance its functionality

Firstly, the mouse does not glide easily on any tabletop or mousepad surface. For some reason, Kensington chose to use some type of soft plastic for the sliding feet instead of something like Teflon that other mice tend to use

Good mouse solution

 

A good solution! I didn't want to give up a usb port for a wireless mouse since I have a pda, usb drive, and other devices that I connect

It doesn't glide as easily as some mice and took some getting used to. Also the short wait after turning the mouse on is annoying. I will many times not turn off the mouse, a feature to save battery time, but leave it on if I know I'll be using it...

Bluetooth -- no USB connector for my four-year-old to break or lose for me

Takes AA batteries rather than AAA - not really bad for most people I guess, but because of previous mouses I had (that broke) I have tons, absolutely tons, of AAA batteries and no AAs at the moment
