Good mouse for the price. Very responsive--clicking during movement, etc. Scroll wheel has a rubber-like texture as opposed to hard plastic. Works just fine without driver disc. I would say this one is a medium-size mouse. Should be fine for any size hand

Click sound is typical, that is, not as quiet as I'd like it to be, but then again, still haven't found any mouse to be quiet-clicking. Cord diameter is a bit thin and length is typical I guess
