Huge 20GB hard drive; first-rate sound quality; many choices for playing your music; FM radio; carrying case and belt clip; large, slick display.

USB 1.0 too slow for 20GB transfers; doesn't autosync to a PC's music collection; could be smaller; interface requires learning curve.

A slow USB 1.1 connection and an ambitious yet confusing interface mar an otherwise fine hard drive-based MP3 player.
