Transcend's T.sonic 610 and FM-less 612

It's cute and easy to use, but the T.sonic 610/612 doesn't play purchased WMA files.

Design and interface are basic, intuitive, and attractive; small but bright OLED display; voice and FM recording (no FM tuner in the 612 version).

Straight-up folder tree navigation; does not support music from online music stores/services; mediocre battery life and transfer speeds.

The Transcend T.sonic 600 series is an easy-to-use, compact, and affordable player with decent extras such as voice recording and an FM tuner, but its lack of support for protected WMAs and its lackluster overall performance drag it down.

A feature rich digital audio player that's really light and has a good display, but relatively average sound quality and costs a little extra.

I love my little mp3 player!

Great little player and newegg.com is great!

FM tuner with recording *voice recording *use of folders *love the small size *comes with carrying case *easy to read screen *easy to use

when turned off then back on does not start right where you left off...it goes to the beginning of the track (I am using mine to learn a new language and the tracks are longer so it is a pain to find my place or listen to the entire track again)

Excellent product

Before going out and splurging on an iPxd, I would check this player out first. The driver CD is comes with is for Windows 98. Make sure to visit the manufacturer's website for the Windows XP driver. Other than that, I found it quite user friendly. I...

After several months for searching for an MP3 player within my budget, I finally found it! This MP3 player provides ALL of the features I wanted (1 GB, nice display, fm w/ presets, armband & rechargeable battery) and even some extras! (see accessory...

Not too many of these, but ; doesn't pick up ALL fm stations ; round button seems a little flimsy ; wish it came with clear protective case (so I could have access to the buttons) OR that there was one available for purchase. (I use it in ceramics...

Fine little mp3 player. Battery lasts as advertised. Able to use my Motorola cell phone (mini-usb) charger, not tied to a PC for charging the battery. Very satisfied
