The Zune has rules.

 

First things first, the Zune software is buggy. Installed it on my primary rig which still runs XP and the Zune could not connect to PC. Installed the software on my Vista laptop and sure enough, it works. Not a huge inconvenience, but my PC will smoke...

We bought two of these, reconditioned. One worked perfectly and we love the little thing. Easy to use and after learning how to use the computer interface which wasn't too difficult, its easy to manage content. The battery on one wouldn't hold a charge...

Great price for a hard to find item

 

I purchased this product as a gift, and I have this product prior. My grandson (a computer pro) got this product including uploading videos in no time! It took me a few days to figure things out. BTW He loves it and wanted it after seeing mine. He is 14.
