Not even worth listening to.

This is the second Sony Walkman product I have owned. The first was an analog device which I lost recently; and now this one, with a digital tuner. In both cases, I found the reception to be poor. The headphone cord seems to serve as part of the tuner...

Small, light, convenient

High price, absurdly poor reception

I really like it for cycling! Great reception!

I really like this radio. I commute to work on my bike in Phoenix, Arizona, well rather I start in El Mirage, and go through Glendale, Peoria, and finish in Phoenix. 20.3 miles one way. El Mirage is out of town, great reception out there.

Weather Band, Lock, Digital Tuning, Many presets

Not so great reception indoors, cube-mate borrows it to listen to TV soaps

A Tiny Little Troublesome Radio

I move around a lot. I walk to work, cycle, and work out at the local YMCA. So when it came time to retire my old walkman and pick up something more portable, I chose the Sony SRF-M80V Personal Radio. Sony's design is definitely compact, but that is...

Compact size, button 'hold' feature

Poor design, awkward volume button, upside down belt clip, embarrassing reception, clumsy

some good - some bad - equals fair

I bought this radio primarily for use while walking and running, and in the application it has served me fairly well (at least well enough that I do not feel a need to replace it with another model).

Compact size, ergonomic form, easy to use, armband included

Some controls (volume) cannot be "held", reception can be spotty, battery case

Far inferior to the previous Sony version

I use this radio when running, but I'm very disappointed with this model. I bought it about 18 months ago, when the prior one was too damaged from my many falls! The problems with this are so basic I wonder if Sony ever actually tested it on a runner...

Good reception; comfortable headphones; lock

Controls are difficult to reach, strap difficult to use and slips

Sony SRF-M80V Personal Radio...the radio to have

I purchased this radio a few days ago and haven't found a problem with it yet. The sound is truly amazing for a radio signal, and static is almost never heard. The radio featurs AM, FM1 and FM2, plus TV and Weather channels. It also has a stopwatch...

Size, weight, style, sound, Mega Bass, stopwatch

More color options would be nice

Hard to use while on the move

I bought this specifically to use while jogging. I usually run in the evening, which means that during the Maine winter it is dark and cold. I thought that listening to the radio would divert my attention from the cold and ice. It did capture my...

Small size, electronic tuning

Lack of electronic volume control, hard to use while moving

This is a great radio for anyone that needs wants a very small and portable radio. It comes with everything including headphones, belt clip and arm clip. It's designed especially for the active person and it's great for wearing when jogging or working...

Tune to your station in a New York heart beat!

INTRO:

Sony quality that you'd expect. Good reception for radio/TV stations

Station LED could be larger, and easier to view
