Brother DCP-135C Review

Bundled with the MFD is the ScanSoft PaperPort--a good document management and OCR software. ControlCentre 3 is a control panel that puts all the functions of this MFD at your disposal in a single place. This is an enticing buy at Rs 5,400.

Brother DCP-135C

The Brother DCP-135C is an all-in-one device that features a colour inkjet printer, flatbed digital copier and scanner, and a USB memory drive.

Outlook Once we got it up and running, the DCP-135C turned in some fairly impressive prints. Photos look just like they came from a photo lab -- to the untrained eye -- and black text looked absolutely fine, even for professional use. In short, the...

Brother DCP-135C review

Brother is best known for its business printers, and this inexpensive MFP's features are well suited to home-office users.

The DCP-135C is very cheap for an MFP, and did well in our colour-document printing and document-scanning tests. However, it's one of the slowest printers in the group when printing text, and it's expensive to run.

Brother DCP-135C

I just bought this printer after looking at a few low cost models. I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of printing and scanning and its ease of use. The stand-alone copying capability is fantastic too. Oh and did I mention the price!

Printing and scanning quality, stand alone photocopying, replacement toner cost

Now all I need is built in networking capability and I'd be in heaven
