IT has a fairly small foot print and is not heavy. If you need a fast laser printer for mainly text, this is the one for the job.

Easy setup with little assembly to do. Up to date drivers on CD. No problems installing drivers to XP; separate drive for Win 7. Wakes up quickly and first pages is out in about 7 seconds, the next pages come very quickly. Very quiet and no laser...

Starter toner go for about 3,000 copies. I wonder? Had trouble getting the half-tone set correctly. Color letters and diagrams print very lightly. I am still checking on a solution in the manual and may have to ask Brother

Just what I wanted

 

A great alternative for eveyday printing in black and white compared to an inkjet and the little bottles of gold they call ink tanks. I normaly printed about 400 pages before replacing the ink tanks (and that set me back $87.00 a shot) A little off the...

Much cheaper to use compared to an inkjet. Quiet, very fast, no problems so far. For photographs I use an inkjet (costly as they are for ink) I bought this laser for documents, web pages and that sort of thing. I was amazed how easy in installed/setup....

I really can't say anything negative about this printer. It does what it is suppose to do and have had no problems or paper jams so far
